Dear Parents, Players, Coaches & Team Managers.
This Saturday our senior team will be playing its last home game of the Minor round and we have the chance to finish Minor Premiers, if we win. This would represent another great achievement for our club, your club and one that has not been achieved since 1986. With this success, our club will also qualify for the “NPL Finals”, a National Competition with national exposure.
This game will also be broadcast live.
In another opportunity to show we are one club and build on some of the fantastic work that has been done this year, our Head Coach and former Socceroo, Joe Mullen, has asked that EVERY CCSC player have the opportunity to be part of this special day.
To commemorate the occasion, the club has organized to take a club wide photo that will be framed and put in our clubrooms for future generations to see. We would like every Player, Coach and Team manager in the club to be involved.
In order to achieve this and have your child, our footballers be part of this piece of history we will need your help. We ask that EVERY Player, Coach and Team Manager from the Club be in attendance on the day in their red strip, and to stay until the conclusion of the game to participate in a Club wide photo with the senior group.
This will take place on the main pitch at the conclusion of the senior game at approx. 5pm. We envisage it will only take a 10 – 15 min to complete.
Every Junior player attending will also receive a voucher for a sausage and a drink which will be available from the Caravan on the hill.
The Club’s expectation is that everyone will attend, and we ask for your co-operation in trying to achieve something that has never been done before.
What a great opportunity to show the state who we are, our club, your club.
